EXER-ROW Rowing Machine is designed with perfect seat height, which is the most important factor. (It will give you back problem in case of any other rowers having very low seat height). We have given full seat movement in EXER-ROW Rowing Machine so as to give maximum range of movement and minimum strain on the back.

We have given Fixed Foot Rest in EXER-ROW Rowing Machine to give complete movement to your ankle joints with wide foot straps for perfect grip of the feet.

There are 4 resistance settings to adjust resistance of Hydro-pneumatic Cylinders in EXER-ROW Rowing Machine for children of 5 years to 85 years old person.

ALCOVE POSITION: (FIG. 4)

EXER-ROW Rowing Machine - Standard Model, occupies 3 feet x 5 feet space when the machine is in use and 3 feet x 1 foot space when not in use. EXER-ROW Rowing Machine - Professional Model, occupies 3 feet x 5 feet space when the machine is in use and 1-3/4 feet x 1 foot space when not in use. Both the machines can be kept in an alcove position as shown above.

SELF-ADJUSTING HYDRO-PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS: (FIG. 5)

EXER-ROW Rowing Machine has Hydro-pneumatic cylinders made of Brass Pipe, as against Shock absorbers, which are used in most of the other rowers and they are having very short life, as those are designed for absorbing shocks and not for creating resistance to the range of movements. Whereas some manufacturers are using spring based cylinders, where in the strain on the back is low at the starting point and very high at the end point while workout and thus injuring your back.

We have given guided oar movement in EXER-ROW Rowing Machine to give smooth operation and you can perform other sets of exercises, which are not achievable in case of any other rower i.e. instead of 360 degree rotation. Apart from this it helps beginners to synchronize their movement with the sliding movement.
