Any quotation issued by Fluid Tech Fitness will specify the applicable products, prices, taxes, payment terms and other conditions to the extent stated in that quotation.
Unless otherwise specified in writing:

All prices, discounts and offers are subject to the terms stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted prices may exclude GST, transportation, installation, accessories, civil work, electrical work or other additional charges.
Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required by law.
Customers must make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Production, dispatch, delivery or installation may depend on receipt of the applicable payment or advance.
Where payment terms are not expressly agreed upon in writing, the parties must confirm the applicable terms before the order is processed.
Any delay in payment may result in a corresponding delay in dispatch or service, subject to the order terms and applicable law.
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation timelines will be communicated or agreed upon during the order process.
Timelines may be affected by product availability, transportation, site readiness, access restrictions, weather, supplier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is suitable and accessible, including adequate space, flooring, safe access and any other site requirements communicated by us.
Unless specifically included in the quotation, civil work, electrical work, structural modifications, unloading equipment, special lifting arrangements and other site-preparation expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Any delay caused by an unprepared site or restricted access may require rescheduling and may result in additional charges where agreed and lawful.
7. Product Use and Safety
Fitness equipment must be assembled, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the applicable instructions and safety guidelines.
Customers and facility operators are responsible for ensuring that:
- Equipment is used for its intended purpose.
- Users receive appropriate instruction before operating the equipment.
- The equipment is used within its specified limits.
- Children and other vulnerable users are appropriately supervised.
- Equipment is inspected and maintained as recommended.
- Damaged, malfunctioning or unsafe equipment is taken out of use until appropriately assessed or repaired.
Where equipment is used in a gym, residential society, fitness studio, sports facility or physiotherapy clinic, the facility operator is responsible for appropriate supervision and safe operating procedures.
Hydraulic resistance equipment may provide a different resistance experience from conventional weight-stack equipment. Suitability depends on the product, user requirements and intended application.
8. Fitness and Rehabilitation Disclaimer
Our equipment is designed for exercise and fitness applications. Certain products may also be used in supervised rehabilitation or conditioning settings, depending on their design and intended use.
Unless expressly represented and documented otherwise, our products are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment or individualised advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Users with injuries, medical conditions, mobility limitations or other health concerns should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning an exercise or rehabilitation programme.
Any rehabilitation exercises or demonstrations shown on our website or marketing materials are informational and should not be treated as individual medical advice.
We do not guarantee specific improvements in strength, mobility, recovery, athletic performance or medical outcomes.
9. Warranty
Any manufacturer's warranty applicable to a product will be governed by the warranty terms supplied with that product or expressly stated in the applicable quotation or sales agreement.
Customers should review the warranty documentation carefully, including its duration, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure.
Unless expressly included in the applicable warranty, coverage may exclude damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or unauthorised repairs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Customers should report suspected manufacturing defects or equipment malfunctions promptly and provide the relevant purchase details and supporting information.
10. Maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance, servicing and AMC services are available only where offered and agreed upon.
The scope of any AMC, including its duration, number of visits, covered components, labour, spare parts, exclusions and response times, will be determined by the relevant written agreement.
Unless expressly included in the agreement, maintenance arrangements may exclude consumables, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs and replacement of parts outside the agreed coverage.
Customers are responsible for carrying out routine care and maintenance as instructed.
11. Rental Equipment
Where Fluid Tech Fitness offers equipment on rent, the rental arrangement will be governed by a separate rental agreement or written confirmation.
That agreement will specify, as applicable:

- Security deposit, if any.
- Payment schedule and applicable taxes.
- Delivery, installation and collection responsibilities.
- Maintenance and repair responsibilities.
- Damage, loss and misuse provisions.
- Renewal, termination and return conditions.
The customer must use and safeguard rented equipment appropriately and must not sell, transfer, sublease or relocate it without the permission required under the rental agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a signed rental agreement, the rental agreement will govern the rental-specific matters to the extent of the conflict.
12. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Any cancellation, return, replacement or refund request will be assessed in accordance with the applicable order terms, warranty terms and applicable law.
Before placing an order, customers should confirm the product specifications, quantities, site requirements and payment conditions.
Customised, specially manufactured, configured or made-to-order products may be subject to specific cancellation or return conditions disclosed and agreed upon before the order is placed.
No provision in these Terms is intended to remove a customer's mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
Customers seeking a cancellation, return or refund should contact us in writing, provide their order details and explain the reason for the request.

16. Indemnity

17. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions, strikes, widespread technical failures or supply-chain interruptions.
